Sexually transmitted diseases:

Symptoms of STDs may be different depending on the STD, and men and women with the same STD can have different symptoms. The diseases which are transmitted by sexual contact with an infected person to a healthy person are called sexually transmitted disease. sexually transmitted disease STDs are also called sexually transmitted infections (STIs). STDs are infections that spread from person to person through sexual contact.STDs are caused by bacteria, parasites, and viruses.


STD, urinary tract infection: In women, urinary tract infection is the main reason for secretion from the urinary tract. Which may be due to bacteria, fungus, parasitic gonorrhea, syphilis, obstetric effusion, device inside the uterus (IUD) or cervical cancer. This secretion is usually due to infection. Which can also affect other parts of the body. This disease can be spread due to sex from woman to man and man to woman. Therefore, whenever this disease is treated, both husband and wife should be treated together. So that the disease is eradicated from the root. This is called a sexually transmitted disease (std).


Causes and symptoms: Vaginal discharge is a common complaint in women. Which may be due to the following reason.


Fungus infection: In this type of infection, curd-like white spots appear on the vaginal mucosa, with which the thick white secretion is removed and itching. This infection usually occurs in pregnancy.


Parasitic germ infection: This infection occurs from one to another during mating or due to exposure to contaminated objects. It produces yellow or green glowing smelly discharge. There were itching and redness around the vagina. It is visible during pregnancy.


Gonorrhea: It is a disease spread by sex. It causes burning sensation while urinating. Removes purulent secretions from the cervix and urethra. After some time, there may be research on the oviduct which causes pain and fever in the lower abdomen.


Syphilis: Initially wounds on genitals. And it also removes viscous clear colored secretions.


At the time of delivery: It is a genital infection that occurs immediately after childbirth or miscarriage. Symptoms of the cyst at the time of childbirth are high fever, headache, lower abdominal pain and discharge of smelly purulent discharge from the vagina.


After applying IUD inside the uterus: It has a high amount of secretion. The secretion stops being watery and usually after the first menstruation after applying the device.



Uterine cancer: It is usually seen in older women. Removes watery discharge from the vagina in the post-natal period, later smelly with blood.


Spreads:
Spread of sexually transmitted diseases by unprotected Anal, Vaginal, or Oral sex.
  1. Having anal, vaginal, or oral sex without a condom.
  2. Having sex with many partners, especially anonymous partners.
  3. Having sex while using alcohol. Using alcohol affects the brain, which can lead to risky behaviors.

 Symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases are.
  • Burning sensation,
  • Painful urination,
  • Urethral discharge (containing pus),
  • Sore in the genitals,
  • Bumps, sores, or warts near the mouth, anus, penis, or vagina.
  • Swelling or redness near the penis or vagina.
  • Weight loss, loose stools, night sweats.
  • Aches, pains, fever, and chills.
  • Discharge from the penis or vagina. Vaginal discharge may have an odor.
  • Bleeding from the vagina other than during a monthly period.
  • Painful sex.
  • Severe itching near the penis or vagina.

Prevention of Sexually Transmitted Diseases:
  1. Avoid risky behaviors.
  1. Reduce the number of people you have sex with.
  1. Don’t drink alcohol before and during sex.
  1. If you have an STD, stop having sex until you treated.
