The first sign of heart attack

Uncomfortable pressure, heaviness, or pain in the center of the chest. It lasts for a few minutes, lasts a long time, or goes and comes back. Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, back, neck, jaw, or stomach. Along with chest pain, there is also difficulty in breathing. Other symptoms such as cold sweating, nausea, or fainting.


The most common symptoms of a heart attack in men and women are chest pain or discomfort. Heart attack can start suddenly, the main reason being the stoppage of blood flow in the heart (coronary thrombosis), blood clot, or decrease blood flow in the heart due to any reason. 
But the heart attack gradually increases, which makes the patient feel unwell.



Some common signs of a heart attack:


  • Pain in the chest - it is caused by carrying blood work or swelling in the heart muscle.
  • Take breath fast - this happens when the heart is unable to communicate the blood, which causes the amount of oxygen in the blood to work.
  • Fluidity (falling to the lips and fingers and feet) is due to the accumulation of carbon dioxide in the blood.

  •  Inhale at a high speed.



Heart-related illness
  • Arrhythmia - improper  or irregular beating of the heart;

  • Hypertension (high blood pressure) -  High force of blood in blood vessels;
  • Cardiac arrest- sudden  loss of heart function;
  • Heart failure - the heart does not pump blood;
  • Peripheral artery disease - narrowing blood vessels.




Myocardial infarction of the heart:

It is a state of intense, in which a healthy-looking person suddenly becomes ill, there is a pain in his chest, and signs and symptoms of heart failure (stops of the heart) begin to appear. This disease is usually of middle age. Is in the 40 to  50 age group. This is called a heart attack in the common language.





Rheumatic heart disease

This disease of the heart is in the form of rheumatoid arthritis, which is caused by bacterial infections. It can happen at any age, but more are found in children.
This is the disease of heart valves. The severity of signs and symptoms of the disease depends on how much damage has caused the heart valves from this disease.
