Asthma is an old or long-term condition, which prevents the flow of air in the intestines and transmits it in the lungs. Inflammation swells airways. Asthma causes wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and cough. Those who have asthma can experience symptoms that can range from light to severe and rarely or every day. When the symptoms get worse, it is called an asthma attack. Asthma affects people of all ages and often starts during childhood.

The cause of asthma

The exact cause of asthma is unknown, and asthma can happen for many reasons. Smoking, eating habits and lack of physical activity can also happen. However, asthma is often the result of a strong reaction to the immune system, which is an allergen in the environment.

The intensity of asthma:

Symptoms of asthma can be severe at times, which is mainly due to exposure to allergies. Some people have symptoms every day, while others have symptoms only within a few days of the year. For some people, asthma can be a cause of inconvenience but does not interfere with daily activities.
When asthma is well controlled, then its symptoms cannot occur. When the symptoms worsen, it is called an asthma attack, sharpness, or flare. Over time, uncontrolled asthma can damage the lungs.
